The scheme maximises built volume first, then carefully deploys large windows to craft the visual amenity so you look at the best bits of the area without seeing the worst. High level sightline analysis lets us make the windows as big as possible without letting neighbours and pedestrians peek in. Like with family photos that are framed to show that they’re meaningful, the large windows are marble-framed – it makes the views through them that bit more special.
